The BC SPCA has had a significant impact on society's change in attitude towards animals through its school education programs, youth camps, public awareness campaigns.

Accent Inns is proud to support The Royal Canadian Legion. Their work supporting not only veterans but youth and seniors in our communities is well needed and we are all very grateful. Accent Inns also enjoys participating in their Poppy campaign, helping to raise awareness for all the Men and women who gave their lives and risk their lives for our freedoms.

The Freshwater Fisheries Society of BC is a non-profit organization who works in partnership with the provincial government to deliver the fish stocking program as well as providing conservation fish culture services that support steelhead and sturgeon recovery programs.

The Pacific Salmon Foundation or PSF as it's widely known, was founded back in 1989. The Community Salmon Program was soon implemented through part proceeds of the newly created DFO Salmon Conservation Stamp. This was the beginning of a great relationship between the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, PSF and BC communities.
