As 2012 draws to a close, many of us are starting to make plans for 2013. The start of a New Year is a great time to set new goals – it’s the reason we make New Year’s Resolutions.
Lose weight: This one is probably the most common resolution. The holiday season is the hardest time because of the non-stop eating and family celebrations, most of us gain a few extra pounds and as a result we decide to lose those extra pounds in the new year.
