Victoria fitness room (2)I’m the world’s worst when travelling with regard to keeping fit, especially if I’m flying. I get stressed, which leads me to drink more alcohol and eat more food. If there’s a delay I get bored and what do I do? Eat! It’s like the health and fitness God’s are against me. I don’t need to tell you that during these never-ending recessionary times a little pom-pom magic is a crucial element of success! I know that a lot of my personal success has to do with bringing energy into the room, whether I’m giving a speech to the Chamber of Commerce or acting as a barometer for my watching team, I need to be at my best.
