This is a wonderful story partly because it confesses to considerable initial challenges. In that regard, it might be compared to another story of success from adversity albeit somewhat less verbose, “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times…” Great post!

Many of us know some of the aspects of your “distinctives” and “local flavour”, and I do agree that more people need to see and know what a unique company you are. Congratulations on doing the work that you did, to align public perception with your true values.

Great Job! Very happy to see these positive changes! As a Realtor with many options here in Victoria, I chose to work for a local company because I believe in supporting our own communities first.
